Particularly aimed for operations with special complexity and always closely accompanying its clients, the team of Restructurings and Insolvencies from NGA regularly participates in restructurings of corporate groups, refinancing of operations and restructuring of liabilities, transactions over NPL´s, as well as in the conduction, negotiation and implementation of revitalisation and insolvency plans.
